Rasterize Pictures in PS
WHAT IS IT?
Pocess of converting the vector, smart object, text into a raster graphics.
Note:
Photoshop will automatically detect rasterize option.
Method 1

Here I will show you how to rasterize pictures in the Photoshop.

Open Photoshop.

Go to File > Open.

In the appeared dialog box, select an image file you want to edit.

Click on the open button.

Go to Layer menu > Rasterize > Layer Style.

Method 2
-
When we are drawing some shape, that is vector picture by default.
-
For editing purpose, we need to rasterize the picture.

Select a vector picture, here I selected a shape.
-
Right click on the layer.

Select the Rasterize Layer Style to make it raster.
-
And we can edit this layer.
