WHAT IS IT?

  • JoinMe is a free software for:

  • Online meeting

  • Team collaboration

  • Screen Sharing

  • It is a cloud-based remote connectivity services for collaboration.

  • Here maximum 9 participants can join to a meeting.

  • In this conversation , the participants can control the host computer.

  • They can communicate through video, audio VoIP or phone call.

  • Here the steps to get started with joinme.

  • To create a meeting you need to have a GoTo account.

  • Open browser and goto www.jion.me.

  • Click on Get Started.

  • Login with your account and click on Get Started.

  • Click on Download button to start.

  • After download completion, click on the downloaded file and follow the instruction for installation.

  • Double click the join.me shortcut.

  • This window we will get.

  • To start a meeting, click on orange play button.

  • And you will be the host.

  • Here all the participants and host should have microphone and camera to establish a proper conversation.

  • Here you can invite other by the code or link.

  • You can share this link through email or other medium.

  • Participant should open a browser, click on Join Meeting button.

  • Enter the invitation code.

  • At host side, you need to allow the participant.

  • We will get a window like this.

  • This is the control window.

  • In JoinMe, a host can share the screen and let the participants allow to control over the computer.

  • To do so, click on Participants > User Name > Share mouse control.

  • You can set the bubble for the audio and video of the participants show in right.

  • Now this meeting has one host and 2 participants.
