  • Open iana.org in the browser.

  • IANA is an autonomous system of the Internet, also responsible for global IP address allocation.

  • Click on Number Resources.

  • There is a site from IANA for WHOIS lookup for dedicated IP address.

  • Goto this link, iana.org/whois.

  • Enter the IP address and click submit.
